Can others become this type, or just you?: Yes but there isn't very any of them total.
Description : Meta angels were a failed experiment. They were created to be a new police force but most of the experiments became violent and cruel. After this they were considered evil and everyone thought they needed to be destroyed. Most of them were, but a few avoided the masacre and hid. Years passed and the event was overed as a terroist attack. People soon forgot about these people and they were slowly able to live in peace once again.
Meta Angel Powers:
*Can absorb metal objects to add on to themselves.
*Can makes thing around him in a 1ft distance move at 1/12 normal speed. Does not effect the user
*Can heal faster than average human.

*Can bless Things
*Can enter peoples dreams in vision form
*Can read Minds
*Can Fly
