A new transfer student (from hell)

(ok! never mind!)

Tatsu read a couple chapters into the mystery novel when the bell rang for next period. Tatsu got her stuff and went up to Ten.

"What do you have next?"

"I think I got history" Ten says to Tatsu

Tatsu nodded.

"Oh, I have science next. Maybe we'll be in third period together," she said, shrugging. "I'll see you later. Can you find you class ok?"

"I will, and thanks for helping me with my first day so far" Ten says truthfully, but then adds, "You can keep the book"

Tatsu smiled.

"Thanks. It was great meeting you."

Then she left.

Tensenga left for History

Ten finishes all of his classes, and he gets free time, so he goes to his locker

Tatsu finished all her classes and took her time getting her stuff from her locker, since she had last period as a free period.

"Hi Tatsu" Ten says politely as he opens his locker, "do you have a free period like I do right now?"

Tatsu smiled and nodded.

"Yeah," she said, then groaned. "I love Mondays, only for the fact that I get to go home early."

"Why do you get to go home early?" Ten asked with major curiousity

She looked over at him, closing her locker.

"I have a free period right now, which means that I can do what I want. So I usualy go home, unless I have a project or a lot of homework."

"I've got nothing better to do, so can I join you?" Ten asks politely

Tatsu smiled.

"Sure."

"Thanks" Ten says as he grabs his sword and backpack out of his locker, then closes it

Tatsu smiled, noticing Ten's sword. Now she wasn't going to be the only freaky ninja person. She shook her head, laughing quietly to herself. She turns.

"You coming?"

Ten-Ten follows Tatsu and says, "I'm coming"

He takes his sword out of its sheath, and Tatsu notices that it has Rune-Incriptions on it.

(Ten-Ten...haha! Sorry...Naruto fan)

Tatsu looks at the Runes as they walk.

"What are those?" she asked.

(Yeah... lol... its ok)

"I don't know, but I guess these are some ancient inscriptions that gives the sword powers... but I don't know... I wish I knew, but the ancient, unexplored temple I found this sword at collapsed on itself" Ten says, feeling that he's rambling

Tatsu nodded.

"May I see?"

Ten nods as he hands the sword over to her, while he has a nice smile on his face

Tatsu slows her walking down, so as not to trip, while she examines her sword.

"Hmm...interesting...these seem like two different languages molded into one. See there-"

She pointed to one that looked like an upside down A.

"That should mean...as best described in english...as 'help'."

She pointed to another that looks like an M with an N lying horozontaly across the top.

"That's from a different language entirly...and as best described in english...means 'soul'."

She shook her head.

"I'm no expert but these make no sense."

"Wait a minute..." Ten says as he points to 3 ancient japanese symbols, and says slowly, "the one above means 'Damnation' " Suddenly, the sword glowing red, " 'Tranquility' " Blue, " 'Peace' " Yellow, and Ten doesn't even notice

(i didnt know if they were Japaneese simbols or whatever so I just made up some...heheh)

Tatsu stared at the glowing simbols, comfused and awed at the same time.

"Ten...does your sword usualy do that?"
